Refunds
Divine Flambeau will do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you notice an error after receiving your order on our behalf please email us. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once an order is placed the products can not be edited after 24 hours of ordering. If you need to edit your order please email us within 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. We will correct your order if the product has been unused. If your product is damaged during delivery, please email us and submit a picture of the damaged product. We will replace the product; however we are not responsible for covering the shipping fee of the replaced product. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased.
