Please note journals are NOT shipped by Divine Flambeau. Journals are shipped separately from our printing publisher. Journals may take 5-10 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). If you order other products with your journal you will receive 2 separate packages and tracking numbers at different times.
Shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process orders from Divine Flambeau. Orders will ship out within 3-5 days after processing the order. During summer months candle orders will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
Divine Flambeau cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, lost packages and etc. We are not responsible for the shipping cost on any returned or replaced products. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us via email within 1 hour. We are not be responsible for errors in the shipping address. If your package recently shipped, please allow at 1-2 business days for the carrier to update their site with tracking information.
If you haven't received your order and your tracking number says delivered or if it's lost in transit; please contact USPS (or FedEx for journal orders shipped from our publisher) and file a Missing Mail Claim. Please allow up to 10 business days for the investigation process. After the investigation, notify us and provide information on the claim. We will then process the replacement of your package.
